How Gift Certificates Work

How to Purchase a Gift Certificate
All gift certificates are available for purchase with check or credit card via paypal on our Gift Certificates page.

COD (cash or check) gift certificates within 2 business days are available for an additional fee: Inside the beltway ($25); Outside the beltway ($ based on distance).

After your gift certificate purchase, please call in (703.869.1242) or email us (info@finediningsolutions.com) the following information*:

• Who: The full name, address and phone number of the gift certificate recipent(s).
• Where: Be sure to include the full name, mailling address and phone number if you would like it shipped to someone other then the recipient.
• What: Let us know the theme in which you are celebrating (Birthday, Christmas, Chanukah, Valentines' Day theme, etc.) and we will place the gift certificate in a gift bag of that theme.

We'll put together your Gift Certificate Package for shipment within 24 hours of your purchase. The package contains a "Welcome to Our Chef Services" letter introducing our services, sharing what service has been purchased for them and how to contact us to redeem their gift certificate. It also contains our business card and their official gift certificate card.

All Gift Certificate Packages are mailed UPS ground. Within 24 hours of shipping your gift certificate we'll email you the tracking #.

*If no gift certificate information is received within 24 hours of your purchase, we will automatically package and ship the gift certificate via UPS to the address you provided to paypal.
