Intern
Job Type: Hourly, PT
Description: To assist the chef in all administrative and operational aspects of Fine Dining Solutions.
Qualification Requirements: Must be able to lift up to heavy objects, such as cooking equipment and groceries. Ability to work in extremely hot or extremely cold conditions for up to 8 hours. Must have access to internet and ability to check email daily; Must have some knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Must have own car or daily access to a car. Some (personal or professional) cooking experience. Must adhere to Fine Dining Solutions customer service, client confidentiality and ‘fine dining’ standards.
Experience/Education: Currently enrolled or planning to attend a culinary school a plus.
Other: Pay based on experience. May develop into full-time through additional weekend and night work. We are flexible and will work around school or other jobs.

'A Day in the Life' of Fine Dining Solutions
Job Type: 1 Day or 1 Week
Description: To assist the chef in all operational aspects of Fine Dining Solutions for 1 day or 1 week. You pick the service: personal chef, private chef, cooking class, dinner party, etc. and you'll join us to 'stage' as a 'commis' for the day in the kitchen, helping us produce, shop, prepare, serve and see what it is really like to be a chef for a day. You'll learn the tracks of the trade, receive the recipes from your day or week and lunch or dinner (depending on your service dates) is provided.
Qualification Requirements: Must be able to lift up to heavy objects, such as cooking equipment and groceries. Ability to work in extremely hot or extremely cold conditions for up to 8 hours. Must have access to internet and ability to check email daily.
Cost: $50 per day.
